On this example we had two people take a test suspected of taking a Rolex watch, the client knew that only two people had known where the watch was.
One passed one failed.

This example was an adult female who reported to her mother that her step dad exposed himself to her when she was a child, her mother didn’t believe her. Years on she decided to take a lie detector test to prove to her mum, the step dad also came in to disprove the allegation.
She passed, step dad failed.

This test was an allegation that one party asked the other for a sexual act, the other party denied it ever happened.
The person who reported that it had happened passed, the person who denied that it happened failed.


On this occasion cash went missing from a property, at the time period that it was known to have gone missing only two people were known to have had access to the property.
One passed, One failed.

This test was about a robbery and break in at a property, four people were supposed to take the test to prove they did not break in, that they did not plan the break in and that they did not profit from the robbery.
One suspect didn’t show up to take the test, one failed and the other two passed.
